A few years ago, when my own business began to feel heavy, reactive, and increasingly dependent on me, I took a week-long Think Week to reconnect with why I started in the first place: freedom, flexibility, creativity, and the ability to build a life outside of work.
That experience led me to rebuild more intentionally using what eventually became my FLOW Framework, a business philosophy centered around creating leverage, alignment, and sustainability as you grow.
Today, my mission is to help entrepreneurs build businesses that support not only their revenue goals, but also the way they want to live.
